Coaching conversations begin where the client is and often “What would you like to talk about?” is the first question I ask. What is on top tends to come out and as a coach I summarise back key information to assist clients focus on what is important.

Throughout the conversation I expand clients' thoughts by getting them to clarify their meanings, ascertain what makes things important and what positive difference their focus will bring.

I believe that we all have the answers within ourselves so as a coach I ensure that the thought provoking questions I ask enable these understandings to emerge.

Clients get clear on what they truly desire, identify what matters the most and develop a path forward with actions that will make a difference.

Together we uncover what needs to be uncovered to bring about sustainable change.

The coaching I have been doing with Karen has been a massive help to me. With a bit of prompting Karen helped me look at how my own behaviour is the key to either a stumbling block or big step ahead! I refer back to our sessions regularly to remind myself about small things that can make a big difference

Thanks, Karen, for a very enlightening coaching course. The techniques you used and your expert skills as a coach opened my eyes to so many possibilities. The coaching enabled me to achieve much more than I could have without you. I very much look forward to continuing our journey together with you by my side where I know I can accomplish even greater heights
